It's important to organize your files and folders so later on you will not difficult to find it. Naming your files and folders easy-to-understand with some index then creating sub-folders are some good way to organize your files and folders.
3. Clean up your hard drive
When you've done with organize of your files, it is recommended to clean up your files or folders to be deleted to have more space in your hard drive and improve your computer's performance.
4. Back up regularly and Create Restore Point
Most of computer user don't care or forgot to back up his/her files regularly and create restore point. This is bad habit because once you're computer facing issue with the hard drive then your data will lost or can not be recovered, although some way it can be recovered. Suggested, the files need to be back up regularly and create some restore point. So later on you only just restore the files into your new hard drive when your old drive become crashed. Restore point can be done when you feel the computer or software is unstable or maybe files damages/inaccessible. It will restore your computer back the last state it was in before the data lost.
5. Always update the patch if any
Computer program are continually improved based on customer feedback and continuing product test. So where ever and whenever the patch are ready to download, you should download it and patch to your computer. Most of them will give you advantages eventhough a few of patch makes you trouble. Keep update always with the critical.
6. Never let your computer run without Anti virus
Updating your patch is just one way to keeping your computer safe. Next, you have to install Antivirus to protected any suspicious virus. After that, keep the subscription with the latest definitions of Antivirus and protected from the latest threat.
7. Put safe cd installer
This is the simple thing to do it but somehow in many case the user don't know or forgot to put the cd installer in safe way. When your computer become crashed or just restore/repair some package driver, then you will need the cd installer. If you put it in the safe way, you will easy to find out and do reload of your computer.
